Who the hell is Hooch?

Hooch is a forest dwelling goblin who has ended up in the year 1987, just a few years after the release of INXS' album, The Swing. He only knows this because he opened a portal and fell right into a trashcan, where he found the cassette on the ground next to it. Now, does he find a way to reopen the portal or does he follow the call to hunt for for a Walkman?
